Coming home on a flight Christmas Eve is not the best way to put you in a good mood. Just a few weeks ago, a SpanAir flight to Las Palmas landed in the middle of the night on Christmas Morning, and SpanAir gave the passengers of that flight a little bit brighter of a Christmas.
This was great brand marketing and something that a company does to show it cares about its customers. Bravo.
The strategic approach to this viral marketing was very good, seeding the video on youtube, and just like that.. their brand is receiving viral attention that no advertising dollars could achieve. This video is seeming to evolve slowly as a viral video, a long tail video if you will, and may be a very powerful one for SpanAir in the future.
